Creative AI Network
Field Notes is shining a light on the Creative AI Network. Their line is connect, collaborate and create with AI: a friendly community of creatives exploring generative AI, especially visual storytelling.
What makes them different
Creative AI Network runs in-person meetups and screenings in London, including members’ own films, with support from AI platforms, media companies and AI creators. Their focus is creative work, especially visual storytelling, and members share what they learn in a free LinkedIn group and as speakers at events.
IPVISE is an AI creative platform for filmmakers, designers and anyone making images or video. The idea is one big canvas where the whole job lives, from the first frame to the final export, without hopping between apps.
What is on the canvas
An agent that, by their account, takes a one-line idea and works it up into a script, a storyboard and finished shots, keeping characters, lighting and style consistent.
“Super nodes”: each step, from generating to redrawing, tweaking and delivery, sits in one node with a full log, so you can see how a shot got where it is.
An image editing suite with inpainting, upscaling, relighting, outpainting, multi-angle grids and background removal.
Rough cuts on the same canvas, with each edit kept as a node you can reuse.
It brings in third-party image and video models rather than relying on a single one. Contact details on their site list teams in the UK, Japan and China.
Who it is for
Filmmakers and designers first, going by their own pitch, and anyone tired of shuttling files between a generator, an image editor and a timeline. We have not used it on a production yet, so treat this as a pointer rather than a review.
